About

The Great Adventure Lab is an after-school science enrichment program.  We’ve taught thousands of kids how to write their first robotics or video game programs (or both!). We do it all with a student-to-adult ratio of 7:1 for most classes.

You can find full descriptions, reviews and photos of all our classes and birthday parties at http://thegreatadventurelab.com.

How did Ben Franklin figure out a way to harness electricity, thus making it possible for generations of kids to play all those video games for hours on end? By playing around with it!  Don’t worry—we won’t send your child into a lightning storm with kite and key. Our students will have even more fun, making batteries, wiring quiz boards and more!

Students may not repeat this class and must be in specified grade range.

Areas of Exploration: Electricity, Electronics, Circuits, Schematics, Troubleshooting, Logic.

Class Format: Seven 60-min. meetings, once per week.

Tuition: $125 tuition plus $15 supply fee per student; min 11 / max 12 students.
